The following documents show my observations starting with the most current, dating back to my first observation as a teacher in Central Islip in September, 2004.

In the 2005-2006 school year, the Central Islip School District in conjunction with the Central Islip Teachers Association adopted a new format of performing teacher observations and evaluations.  This new format called the Charlotte Danielson Model allows the administration to evaluate teachers based on firm, observable standards.

The classroom observations that occurred in the 2004-2005 school year are not printed on a standardized form.  Each building principal used his or her own method.
